I had the pleasure of speaking wtih 3 people before I was hired. My interview process was three phone interviews, which is not normal. They were looking to hire quickly. They make you take a hair follicle test. Everything else is typical interview prodcedure

First started with a phone call with a recruiter then a video interview with a hiring manager. I didnt make it past the hiring manager interview, they were looking for someone with a longer tenure in sales even though it was an entry level role.

Interview
I had the initial phone interview which went well. I always make it to the second interview due to my sales experience. There was no communication at all from the Talent Acquisition.
Easy and quick. There were 3 interviews. Pay could be better compared to the market. They had us do a project. After offer was accepted they had us do a drug test with a hair test strand.
