First stage of the interview was a phone interview and quite fast, but it was with a headhunter/3rd party referrer. The second stage was the actual initial interview with someone from the company, and it was an in-person interview instead of the usual phone screening. There was at least 30 minutes waiting time for the HR because she was late for the day. The interview was nothing more than cliché interview questions irrelevant to the position, one computer-based personality exam, and one computer-based logic/IQ exam. All have nothing to do with the current role and have been proven by the industry as ineffective methods for interviews.
