Applied through my college recruiting website. Had a 2:1 interview, and everything was behavioral/situational. Both interviewers were either graduates or currently in the program, so they could answer many of my specific questions. Asked me to describe my leadership style and opinions on frequent relocation for the rotations. Interviewers kept asking about how I dealt with conflict and didn't seem satisfied with my answer. Heard back within two weeks that I didn't move on.
