The interview process was straight and to the point. Phone interview was a smooth transition for me compared to other companies. Hiring manager and team lead seem to enjoy their positions and the team they managed.

Video interview for 30 mins, quick turnaround time from initial application. It took about 3 days to hear from someone. Very friendly and accommodating Hr rep. Excited to see what it’s like working for Centene.

Applied online and interview within about a month. Simple interview, two individuals Lead referral specialist and program coordinator. Behavioral based questions and then easy technical questions. Received offer within two weeks of interview.

My interview process was rather easy. The only issue was the waiting for the background checks to go through. It literally can take weeks. You absolutely must make sure that you have all of the appropriate and accurate information when sending it to the company providing the background check.
