China Global Television Network interview questions

I did not undergo any phone or in-person interviews. All communication for my application was conducted through email. I completed a writing and editing test online, which I passed. I received a job offer shortly thereafter. I later discovered some applicants to this position had up to three rounds of interview in addition to the test. It's unclear why HR skipped a phone or in-person interview with me.
