Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Alameda, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview was hard , (for an almost minimum wage job). I got 2 managers asking me questions. You really have to prove to them that you can work in a fast paced environment and deal with a lot of people in a short amount of time , while providing good customer service to all.

Question 1
How to balance life and work?( I'm a married women with a small child to care for).
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
