I applied online. A few weeks later I got an email say that they want to meet This is a new and coming store so this may be a little different then a normal interview. First interview was with the GM 2nd was with someone from corporate.

What do you know this company. So do some research and have questions ready. They like that I had question prepared.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
