They e-mailed me about a job fair. It was just really 5 people sitting at a table. I signed in and one guy sat me down. The first thing he asked me was my name. Then he told me to describe myself. It was my first interview and I was pretty nervous. I told some stuff and he accepted that. Second question was to tell him some of the things I knew about Chipotle. I knew a lot, but seeing as it was my first interview and I was nervous, I stumbled and said some stupid things. He was pretty cool and calm, but half-way through I was interrupted by another one of his co-workers telling him that she was going to lunch, which was pretty disrupting. We later resumed with him telling me facts and the mission behind Chipotle. The interview barely lasted 15 minutes. He said that he would e-mail me the next day at the earliest, the day after at the latest. It's now the 4th day... and I'm pretty sure I didn't get the offer. I honestly think that I at least deserve at explanation of something telling me why I didn't qualify. I mean, I know that I pretty much failed at the interview, but seriously, I should at least get an e-mail AT LEAST... but they have not contacted me at all and I am disappointed, at myself and Chipotle. Ah, better luck next time.
