Interview
I received an email about a job fair for Chipotle. I attended the job fair through Snagajob. They basically had me fill out an application and when I turned it in they had a manager interview me. I really didn't know much about Chipotle at all, so the manager gave me the spiel about how Chipotle started and Food with Integrity. If you are friendly and not shy, I think they will still hire you.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
