Easy, Very friendly and to the point. Gave a detailed overview of expectations the organization has of its employees. Also went over the internal advancement options. Would definitely recommend. General manager seemed to really buy into the culture.

The interview was standard as in they asked for your previous experience, availability, and pay expectancy. The interviewer herself did not seem very interested in discussing and I was told whether I got the offer or not in 3 days.
