Interview
first, they have a phone interview by their hr. then i was invited to their office for the final round interview. I was interviewed by a VP. The questions were mostly behavioral in phone interview. The final round was mostly based on past experience.
Very positive really good conversations with the hiring manager. The role was very interesting however they wanted someone more with equities desk experience which I didn’t have at the time.
Apply online. Got a call from HR and have a phone screening. Basic question, salary expectation etc. One week later, received an email to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. On the day of the phone interview, got a call from HR to reschedule the phone interview, but did not hear anything back. After few weeks, got an email stating I’m not longer consider.

Interview
It was good. They requested for me to come into New York for an interview. I met with four different individuals and responded to question about my work history, accomplishments, my prior employer and education.
