Me candidatei em fevereiro. No começo de março o RH enviou perguntas sobre expectativa salarial e nível de inglês. Fiz a entrevista com os gestores, que quiseram saber de mim, hobbies, família e minhas experiências profissionais.
I spoke with a recruiter in an initial call, and then I was scheduled for an interview with a manager on the team and an interview with two senior members on the team. The first interview with the manager was a positive experience. The second interview with the members of the team was the worst interview experience I’ve had as an attorney. One member of the team was very condescending in the interview and informed me that she needed someone in the position that wouldn’t need to ask questions because she didn’t have time to answer them (she was aware that I had just graduated from law school and would likely have a lot of questions). I was also given the impression that there was a bad work life balance. There was a general feeling that they were annoyed to be in the interview the entire time, and I left the interview knowing I would not accept the position and that I’d likely not get an offer based on their attitude toward me.
Smooth process. Had 2 rounds speaking to my direct manager and his direct manager. Thereafter TA followed up promptly after checks cleared.
The questions asked might differ for different roles but all in all, it did not seem as though the questions were meant to trick you or to weed out candidates. Focus was more around the fit of the candidate.
