Only 2 rounds (although I may have been fast-tracked bc of connections.) 1st round interview via phone is entirely fit. 2nd round is a 3 part interview where you meet with 3 pairs of their PB team. All of them have their fit components, with 1 being slightly more technical, and the other 2 being more experience based.

Interview
Spoke to 3 senior figures within the private bank. 30 minutes with each of them. One was a presentation, two were general questions in a interview format. Over Zoom. Generally very nice people.

After completing the Early ID program, I was given the opportunity to interview with Citi. After going through the interviews I never heard another word... despite the 4 months in Early ID that I spent building relationships and learning about the business. Didn't even get a call to say I didn't get the job. Very disappointing..

Interview
The interview has two parts including group sessions and individual interviews. During both periods of interviews, there will be some case studies. And the entire process will take about one month.
