I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2012
Interview
The process was very, very quick. I was contacted by Citi in less than 24 hour. They said that they like my resume and they would like to interview. I interviewed for the following week. I was a bit nervous but everyone there are friendly. They are all smiles and they seem relaxed. The interview was actually quite fun. They seem to love it when you actually engage in conversations with them and ask them questions. A few days after that I was called to take my drug test, background check and retina scans (that place is a fortress). A few days after that they tell you all is clear and you're all done. The position has paid training for 5 weeks and after that you are officially working.
