Really good, I felt very cool speaking with the Associate, they were trying to help more than to trap me. Mostly fit questions. Not technical at all, 2 rounds, passed the first one.

Very straightforward, conversation-like. Few motivational questions. Interviewers friendly and relaxed. Focused on personal experiences, teamwork, and interest in finance. Some competency-based questions. Overall, supportive atmosphere. Felt like a two-way discussion.
