if you worked in a supermarket and the electricity went off, what would you do.
Had to do a job application, followed by some online tests for logic, reasoning, behavioural etc. Takes a while but was fairly straight forward. No response afterwards until several months later.

it competency test. if successful followed by 2 individual interviews and finally a group task interview. The two indiviual interviews were based on technical and personal ability. the group task was based on a mock situation where a telecoms company is merging with another and hows it customer and employees reacted to it. We had to set up a think tank within 15 mins to solve the problem
