Interview
They have a set sheet of questions that are asked to every candidate. Make sure to answer the questions with Situation, Task, Action, and Result, or you will be marked down. Resumes are only good enough to get you into the interview.

Question 1
All questions are formatted in a similar fashion. "Tell me about a time when you ____" Make sure to answer in the right format, hinting at things within the job description and you will have the job.
Interview was fairly seamless, was contacted by HR and set up a date and time. Questions were fairly standard for interview process and role. Interviewers were professional and engaging. Only one round of interviews for myself in this role.

- multiple rounds, three to be exact - one with the recruiter, one with a more senior team member, one with the team leader - overall process took 1,5 months

Interview
There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was with an HR person who seemed to be just working to make sure I met the minimum qualifications. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by an in person interview with the same person.
