Received an email inviting me to do an over the phone interview. This lasted about 15 minutes. Was scheduled for an interview Friday at 5pm. Basic interview questions about how I would handle situations so on and so forth. Was told that I would hear back within 7-10 business days. It's now Monday and my interview was Friday night.

Nothing really. Basic interview questions asked that I have been asked before in previous interviews. Basically "Tell me when..." questions.
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (Taguig) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
