I applied online through the campus careers website and received an email from the recruiter about a week and a half later I had a phone interview request. The phone interview was basic and casual with a VP. I was then notified by the recruiter of the details for the next round of interviews.

Interview
Interview was completely behavioral. Asked me about my background and how it related to the position (I don't have any finance experience). Very friendly and conversational. I wasn't asked any technical questions.
