Citi Applications Development Group Manager, SVP interview questions

Off putting as the recruiter spent the first 5 minutes of our 11 minute call reciting what was on the role breakdown before asking me a single question. They then asked vague questions that could’ve been answered had they glanced at my resume before asking about my salary expectations for an SVP/Executive role. My biggest issue is the low pay for that level of role so I said unfortunately at that range I cannot continue in the process. The recruiter said they wanted someone to grow in the role before hanging up with me. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
