Citi Operations Support Analyst interview questions

The position is very IT/Computer skill heavy. Just be sure to know your programs very well and know how they are used. I.E. excel, access, word, oracle, sql, etc. If you don't have the business experience (loans, mortgages, banking, etc) be sure you reiterate you are willing to learn the business and that you know you can use your skill set to better the business.
