Contacted by a recruiter within co-op with an idea of what was needed and how process looked. Was advised on a store walk with specifics to look at but then advised I'd looked at the wrong things in post interview feedback. Confusing. Interview straight forward competency based. People and community focused as you'd expect. Waited weeks for feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Competency based questions around Co-Op values. Leadership skills. What would you do if/when etc etc. Some customer centric questions.
The interviewer was friendly, we had a nice chat about milk and cookies. The nice thing about cookies with respect to milk is that their expiry date is much longer.

Question 1
Do you like milk?
Do you drink milk?
Are you going to drink milk?
Why wouldn't you drink milk in the future?
Well, that sounds like a very interesting interview, but I'm afraid you've left it for the wrong business. Our Co-op is based in the United Kingdom and has no affiliation with Co-operatives in the USA. You may wish to amend your review so your thoughts on your interview are shared with the correct organisation.
