applied online, invited to an assessment centre (situational judgement, viewing teamwork and ability to contribute to a group activity - pretending you are managing a store refit) one on one interview .
Had to submit a CV and cover letter as the first step. Next was an online assessment which was hard to find the logic in but not that difficult then an interview

Usual questions for the job, nothing over the top. Relaxed environment, needed some personal info to be copied for their records. Had a quick phone call after with a job offer, but unfortunately they weren't able to offer the money I would've liked.
