You show up to the store. You tell a member of staff you’re there for an interview. They take you to the managers office inside. They get to know you and then ask you question.

Interview
Interview was incredibly long compared to the average retail and minimum wage role. I was asked the same questions over and over (about 3 times each), each time the questions were slightly reworded. They required me to look up information on their website to answer questions during the interview, it would be best to go in prepared (having looked over their website). Whole interview lasted about 45 min to an hour, with 2 interviewers. Was hired despite having no prior work experience.
