Poor. I didn't like the process at all. Very basic questions but confrontational with it. I couldn't get myself out of their quick enough. Clearly a very sharky environment- do not recommend
I applied for the job. There was an initial phone discussion, which was followed up by a face to face interview with two managers. They were very friendly and nice.
