Interview process was disorganized with little to no follow-up, even after multiple attempts to connect. Communication was unprofessional, leaving me in the dark about the role. The position offered a $50K base, which is well below industry standards for the workload and expectations described. No wiggle room at all. Candidates deserve transparency, respect for their time, and compensation aligned with market value none of which were reflected here. Would not recommend pursuing opportunities with this company.
