Sell you a whole story about how much money you’ll make given they have “the highest commission structure in the industry”. Then turns out to all be lies. They don’t care about you they just care about getting you to work for them so they can make money of you while you make pennies

Interview
Interview process was disorganized with little to no follow-up, even after multiple attempts to connect. Communication was unprofessional, leaving me in the dark about the role.
The position offered a $50K base, which is well below industry standards for the workload and expectations described. No wiggle room at all. Candidates deserve transparency, respect for their time, and compensation aligned with market value none of which were reflected here.
Would not recommend pursuing opportunities with this company.
