I applied through other source. I interviewed at Credera (Addison, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process felt pretty rushed for me, but I also seemed to have applied fairly late in the game. First, they sent out a coding exam. They provided two hours and I was easily able to complete it in under an hour. From there, I moved on and was asked to select a time for a one hour behavioral interview through Teams. They asked pretty standard questions and it felt easy and comfortable. After I was notified that I had moved on from that, they asked me to select two more one hour long interviews. One was behavioral and the other was technical. Both were through Teams as well. I chose to schedule them for the same day. The behavioral was very similar to the first behavioral. For the technical interiew, they asked you to fill out a single slide they provide with information from a project you've previously completed. After asking a few technical questions, they gave me ten minutes of uninterrupted time to present the slide and show my project (but that was completely optional). This seemed to be mostly about testing your presentation skills and hearing more about your accomplishments. All of my interviewers were really easy to talk with and I have absolutely no complaints. A few days after my final interviews, I was called by the CTO informing me that they wanted to extend me an offer. I was shocked they would have some one so high up reach out to a potential new hire. Following that, I was also invited to an "offer celebration" event. They wanted us to meet with other employees and to really have a chance to see if we would fit in with the company culture. They really went out of their way with this event and you could tell that they wanted to really help us interview them on top before even submitting our decision about their offer.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Credera in Sept 2020
Interview
Applied for the role, received an interview call with a recruiter, who was friendly and made me comfortable and asked thorough questions about my background, salary expectations, location preferences. After that, had an interview with a manager, which was a little more technical, and talked about project experiences and why I am interested in Credera.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Credera (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process began with an online application. I applied through a college recruitment program since I am a recent graduate so this will be most representative of the process for recent graduates.
There were two phone interviews, first was a basic get-to-know-you interview and the second was a video call focused on more technical experience.
About a week or two later I was called in for an on-site interview and company tour. The 1 1/2 day visit was part of the graduate hiring program and there were about 20 or so other candidates as well. There were 3 interviews focused on IQ/logic, personality, and fit for the company respectively. Meals were with current employees and acted as informal interviews.
