Process was for graduate role focusing on Android, but is very similar to the interview process for other levels.
1. Phone interview, talking about your ambitions and strengths
2. Video interview, using Coderpad to solve a simple problem in the area you're applying for
3. Take-home coding task, for Android the aim was to create a simple app
4. In-house assessment, 3 different steps. For Android, the first one is a review of the app you created in the take-home coding task, and you're asked to add a feature on the spot. The second one is a Q&A with specific questions about your field. The third and final part is a behavioral interview.
All in all, the process was enjoyable and everyone was genuinely nice and supportive. It felt like they wanted you to get the job, which is not always the case. A bit on the easy side, however that might have changed by now.
