Interview
The process took over 6 months and I meet irrelevant managers across the board (people who would never interact with the role and they made it clear in my interview). Their HR staff was unresponsive and I had to continually follow up. One interview even canceled after I was already at their office. I was very transparent with HR half way through (three month mark) that I was looking for a specific salary band that she made clear she was able to offer. They gave me two low-ball offers and then I turned them down.

Tell me about yourself. What was your favourite campaign or project you were a part of? What are existing challenges in the scotch category. How would you approach those challenges if you were to receive the role.
The interview process was only one round, and was very straight forward and efficient. The questions asked and case presented were highly relevant to the job role. Good communication from HR throughout the entire process.

Interview
I had two calls with the recruiter. Both were very pleasant conversations about the open role and other opportunities at the company. The second interview lasted 30 minutes and then the recruiter went radio silent afterwords. Never heard back.
