Diligent Senior Project Manager interview questions

Long interview process. It took me more then 3 months to get the offer letter. The process has has 4-5 rounds attached to it, depending on the candidate experience and expertise. Overall a good interview experience

Screening by HR, Interview by department director, followed by another interview by hiring team. Hiring team then required a VERY detailed PowerPoint presentation which took days to prepare. During the presentation, the interviewers were watching anything but the presentation.
