Interview through computer. It's okay, The questions are straightforward such as "why do you want to work here" and "what is your strength & weaknesses". If you show genuine respond professionally, likely you'll pass the round.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
