Interview
Online assessment (numerical, verbal reasoning and two video interview questions) → feedback report → phone interview with HR → offer. Process was smooth and HR was friendly. Overall not a difficult process.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
