Applied in February - the process was completed by Easter. Consisted of online application, online testing, two phone interviews, an assessment centre and an interview with a partner from the firm. Partner interview required the preparation of a presentation and questions were were both competency based and technical.

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
