Interview process was quick and efficient. Applied online, did some basic aptitude tests. Phone call a week later to organise a time to get in. then there was a group case interview and a 1on1. Had to present a topic in front of a panel. Behavioural type questions in the 1on1

Tell me about a time where you were set a task to do which you weren't overly enthusiastic about?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
