I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Nairobi) in Nov 2009
Interview
The company does not have a comprehensive interview process. Once the aptitude is successful there is only one interview. This is done by a panel usually made up of a HR representative, from any level, a line manager and senior manager. The interviewers are usually very friendly and really just want to know you better. Considering your qualifications you can clearly do the work so all it's about is get the best person to do the job. You may want to show much on your team work ability and you social nature. Well if you have neither..EY is not the place for you.
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.
