Interview
stage one: online test--some numerical test and situational ranking
stage two: video interview
stage three: assessment centre--a group discussion followed by situation judgement test
stage four: partner interview--an hour interview on Microsoft team with a five minutes presentation
All stages are remote due to the pandemic.
It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day

Question 1
What is your name and what are your strengths and weakness
Interview with HR, about 30 minutes. HR is so nice and give me the feedbacks that i feel it is so valuable for me. The interview went well and there is nothing to complain
there's two 30mins interview back to back, one with partner, one with senior managers. All the question are behavior questions, try to make ur answer with ur resume. Usually got back from the recruiter with in 2 week.
