I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Very casual, conversational. Talk about the resume, why you're interested, etc. No real difficult questions. The point is mostly to make sure you're a regular person who is qualified based on your resume and can hold a conversation with someone. The best thing to do to prepare is to be able to play up the strengths of your resume, and know exactly why you want to work for the company.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals
