Interview
Was invited into the office by email for an interview which lasted around an hour or so. It was a skills based interview and I was immediately helped to feel comfortable and relaxed. The interview was made as stress free as possible.

How do you deal with a heavy workload and pressing deadlines?
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
