Phone interview and then set you up with a one on one interview with a current FA. then you do a business plan and survey activity. After that you have another phone interview. this is where i am at.

Last phone interview was 53 minutes long where I tried to convince the hiring manager I can prospect. I am waiting for my final assesment. I have been in the.process for 2 months. Very lengthy. Very nice advisors

A long but rewarding process! 3 interviews, 2 applications, 1 assessment. Overall a very well orchestrated hiring tactic to find the right fit! Study for the Day in the Life as much as possible. Not an easy simulation.
