Interview
Your application can just sit around & get overlooked or never submitted, so you have to keep up with it. The interview process is long due to the back ground checks, from what I was told. The interview questions by both the FA's & corporate is average & nothing to be concerned with. My interview was more conversational.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
