Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter via email within a week. The recruiter disappeared and resurfaced weeks later for a phone call. Had an initial phone screening and have not heard back in months. Ghosted.

I applied for 2 BA positions at Edward Jones. I worked with multiple people and their HR department is the best I have ever worked with. Extremely communicative. Have so much insight to the interview process including who and what would be discussed. Always checked in and gave reasonable timelines. Never was left guessing on anything of the process.

Give me an example of when you worked with a difficult person and how did you deal with it?
Supposed to record prompted questions, decided not to. Honestly was just put off by the whole process of not knowing whether there's any genuine interest from their side. Received it for multiple jobs i applied for so even harder to tell.

Interview
There are 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews with a panel. The asked your typical STAR and behavioral questions. The one thing I disliked was that I was never asked for my availability to interview at any stages.. I was only given the panels availability and had to work around them.
