I went in and interviewed with the FA and answered questions that were asked then talked with home office and completed a background check, that was about all there was. The environment was very professional but comfortable at the same time. The FA made me feel right at home and was very polite and helped throughout the process to make sure that I had everything that I needed and also explained everything in depth.

I had one interview with the FA at the branch location. The interview included fairly standard questions for an administrator role including customer service questions, office administration and time management questions.

Share an example of a time when you dealt with an unhappy client. How did you respond and what was the outcome?
There interview was a straightforward process to become an On call BOA. You are required to complete a few applications and a background check and drug test as well. The process lasted about 1-2 months before being hired.
