Interview
Applied online. First Interview with HR on the phone. HR explained more about the role. It took around 10-15 minutes. Was informed within the next 2 hours that the Next round was in person. Mostly behavioural questions.

Question 1
Explain any situation where you contributed to business goal achievement in any previous roles.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
