Interview
The interview process was four parts for me. The first one was a video interview where I answered questions and recorded my answers. The next was an interview with the HR department. And the final one was with my financial advisor. Then I had to complete a test afterwards. It wasn't hard, it was an accuracy test. So matching account numbers. It's a lengthy process but I really love working at Edward Jones.

Question 1
describe a stressful situation and how you handled it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
