Standard interview process where you meet with the recruiter for a resume screening then do 3 rounds of interviews (Hiring manager, hiring manager's direct supervisor, then a panel of peers). Interviews were largely behavioral, however the hiring manager seemed to have no clue how to interview people. One of her questions was "How do you design a strategy from scratch", and she was not receptive to follow up questions where I attempted to get clarity on the question, if I could make any assumptions, what level of detail was needed, etc. This hiring manager also talked to me personally before the interview process and invited me to apply. My experience was particularly negative as I did two interview rounds rather quickly and then there was no communication from anyone at Elevance for 3 weeks. I followed up after two weeks and was told deliberations were occurring. Finally I got a system rejection email. Overall, I found Elevance to be unprofessional, inconsiderate, and not serious about presenting itself as a serious company. I do not recommend working here if this is how they treat candidates they personally call and invite to apply for roles.
