I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Dec 2010
Interview
Applied online at company website. Received call for PI. Moved forward to a F2F interview with the hiring manager. One of most difficult interviews I have been on. Emphasis on situational questions and review of my sales documentation. One interviewer was more conversational, the other a bit more aloof - tried not to engage with me during the discussion. Asked questions typical of F2F such as, Why Lilly? What do you know about the company/products? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation? Have you ever disagreed with your manager about feedback you received? What accomplishment are you most proud of?

All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
