Filled out an application online. There was no recruiter involved. I was reached out to by the hiring manager. We scheduled an interview and five minutes before the call I was told she could not make it. A few days later we rescheduled. Eight minutes past our scheduled time, I still had not received a call. I reached out and she finally joined. During the call she made rude comments and didn't seem engaged. At the end I told her it was very nice to meet her and I am looking forward to the rest of the interview process. She responded "ok" and hung up. Weirdest interview I have ever experienced. Lilly has a great reputation in my city, so I am hoping this was a one-off situation.
