On-campus interview, pretty standard behavioral questions, then they ask a few case-based questions that aren't too difficult. They are looking for people who have more of a business than a science background, and want you to express sincere interest in staying in that position for a while. Interviewer was pretty friendly but didn't seem to know too much about the position he was interviewing me for.
