Run for the hills. The company’s philosophy about screening and hiring is intrusive. The process was not transparent and goal post kept moving with more interviews AFTER you have to give 5 references who are badgered with 30 plus questions about you. It is a lot to ask of a candidate when an offer is not imminent. Their turnover is high and this system does not appear to work. Check out hiring for attitude which explains their flawed approach.
